Pattaya — A volunteer traffic officer captured a man in Pattaya for stealing a motorbike Saturday night, July 15th. The volunteer, Mr. Ton Leuktalay, 28, restrained Mr. Phanupong Hemwan, 18, who was suspected of stealing a black Honda Wave 125 motorcycle from a house in Soi Toongkom Tanman located in Pattaya, Chonburi province.
