Bangkok — At 9:30 PM on November 9th, 2024, Bangkok police raided a Chinese restaurant on Soi Ladprao 80, uncovering an illegal gambling operation in a VIP room. The search revealed four Chinese men, all tourists, playing cards around a table. The men, who had entered Thailand on tourist visas, were arrested for illegal gambling.
