Phuket – Two illegal Thai loan sharks were arrested in Phuket on Thursday (February 27th). Phuket Immigration officers told The Phuket Express that other than ongoing crackdowns on foreigners who are operating businesses illegally or on overstay, they are also cracking down on loan sharks and operations related to pawning possessions such as vehicles illegally
