Pattaya- At 5:00 PM on May 29th, 2025, the Sawang Boriboon Foundation Radio Center in Pattaya received a report of a foreign tourist who had jumped into a water tank on the rooftop of a condominium to go swimming in his pajamas. The incident occurred at a condo in Soi 17 off of Thepprasit Road.
