Phuket – Five individuals were successfully rescued after a long-tail fishing boat experienced engine failure and drifted dangerously near offshore islands amidst strong winds on Sunday July 20th. The Phuket Marine Office told the Phuket Express that at approximately 4:30 PM, the Phuket Regional Marine Office received an emergency report from a local maritime network:
