Pattaya, Thailand, January 12th, 2026 Authorities in Pattaya have obtained an arrest warrant for a 30-year-old Chinese national, identified as Mr. Gong Gaopeng, following a daring robbery in which he allegedly lured, tied up, and attacked a female Chinese real estate agent, stealing over 31,000 baht and her mobile phone as we reported here yesterday.
