Pattaya — An allegedly intoxicated Mexican tourist driving an SUV struck and critically injured a street sweeper in Pattaya before attempting to flee, only to be caught by a good Samaritan. At 6:36 AM on November 18th, Pattaya police received a report of a severe car accident on South Pattaya Road near a petrol station.
