Pattaya — At 1:00 AM on December 21st, 2024, Pattaya police responded to a report of an unidentified foreign tourist armed with a knife, knocking on residents’ doors at a condominium on Jomtien Second Road. According to the police, residents were visibly shaken. Security guards detained the foreign man, whose name and nationality remain unknown.
