Pattaya — A fire gutted a buffet restaurant in Pattaya early this morning. Luckily, nobody was injured. At 02:30 AM, this morning, April 10th, 2023, Pattaya police were on a routine patrol when they detected a strong smell of something burning coming from a famous buffet restaurant “Yang Noey” located near Sukhumvit Road in Pattaya.
