Thailand – The Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) reports fourteen provinces in the South of Thailand are suffering from flooding while in the northern part of Thailand the temperature has dropped. The DDPM reports that a Southwest monsoon has covered the Andaman Sea and The Gulf of Thailand causing heavy rain and floods.
