Pattaya — A distressed German man was rescued by Pattaya rescue workers after physically harming himself and attempting to jump from a hotel balcony. At 5:06 PM on December 14th, the Sawang Boriboon Rescue Center received a report of a foreign man attempting to jump from a hotel building in Soi Pattaya Beach Road 13.
