Phuket – An illegal Russian tour guide was arrested in Phuket Old Town on Thursday (October 31st). The Phuket Tourist Police told the Phuket Express that they arrested a suspect identified only as Ms. Krokaleva, 26, Russian national, at the famous Soi Rommanee in Talad Yai. She was taken to the Phuket City Police Station
