PATTAYA, Thailand — On August 5th, 2025, at 2:36 a.m., Mr. Hemanth Kumer, a 27-year-old Indian national and jewelry shop owner, reported a theft to the Pattaya City Police Station. He alleged that two transgender individuals stole a gold necklace valued at about 150,000 baht from him. The incident occurred in Soi Beach Road 13/2.
