Pattaya — An intoxicated tourist was safely taken back to his accommodation after falling off his motorbike and blacking out in the middle of a Pattaya road. Sawang Boriboon rescuers who aided the drunken man said the tourist was Finnish without revealing his name. The tourist was found a little past midnight in Soi Khao
