Thalang – A man was arrested after he allegedly raped a 17-year-old girl in Thalang that he contacted online. The Thalang Police told the Phuket Express that the parents of the 17-year-old girl filed a report to police. They told police that their daughter was raped by a man identified only as Mr. Sumet, 24.
