Pattaya — A high-speed motorcycle crash in Pattaya’s Soi Nernplubwan left a 14-year-old boy with a fractured arm and two others injured. At 9:16 PM on March 16th, the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Rescue Center received a report of a motorcycle collision in Soi Nernplubwan. Upon receiving the report, rescue volunteers immediately went to the scene.
