Pattaya — The Pattaya City administration has changed its decision to close part of Beach Road to facilitate New Year’s celebrations. Traffic arrangements for December 29th and 30th, 2023 are as follows: Closure of Pattaya Klang Road, prohibiting vehicles from the Pattaya Klang Intersection down to Beach Road, starting from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
