Pattaya — A motorbike thief struck in Pattaya during broad daylight on Tuesday, October 10th, resulting in a delivery man losing his motorbike and customers’ parcels worth over 50,000 baht. The unfortunate victim, 33-year-old Mr. Prut Bangdee, reported the incident to Pattaya police on October 10th, saying he had fallen victim to a motorbike theft.
