PATTAYA, Thailand – A 27-year-old Myanmar roti vendor, identified as Mr. Ting Ngui, was arrested in connection with a series of sexual assaults and robberies targeting young women along Pattaya’s beachfront. The suspect, apprehended on May 22nd, 2025, allegedly lured victims under the pretense of offering rides before assaulting and robbing them in secluded areas.
