Pattaya — Pattaya City and Soi Dog Foundation are teaming up to sterilize 400 dogs on Koh Larn with a goal to control the stray population and prevent rabies. On Koh Larn, Pattaya City, in collaboration with the Soi Dog Foundation Thailand, organized a spaying and neutering program as part of the “Community Dogs Project.”
