Patong – A rider from the Netherlands was arrested for reckless driving and disobeying police officers. The Patong Police told the Phuket Express that earlier this week they undertook a crackdown on illegal motorbike riders during which they arrested a male rider from Holland. He was taken to the Patong Police Station to face charges
