Songkhla – The Royal Thai Navy rescued 21 people which included three foreigners after a boat engine malfunctioned in Songkhla. The Royal Thai Navy Second Area Command reported that on Monday (November 27th) at 10:10 A.M. they were notified from a boat in distress conducting scientific surveys that there were 21 people on the boat
