Patong – A Russian man was arrested for drunk driving in Patong early on Monday morning (April 1st). The Patong Police told the Phuket Express that they had set up a police checkpoint near the Dolphin Circle. At 3:30A.M. the suspect, identified only as Mr. Gleb, 30, a Russian driver, was stopped at the checkpoint.
