Pattaya — At 4:30 AM, on October 14th, 2023, Pattaya City police officers received a physical assault report on a foreign tourist on Pattaya Soi 15, and an unidentified culprit reportedly had a firearm. In the incident, the tourist victim was identified as Mr. Artem Kitaichik, a 27-year-old Russian, who suffered lacerations on the lips.
