Phuket – Some areas of Phuket suffered from floods after a short period of rain causing long traffic jams for an hour during the day. The heavy rain hit some parts of Rassada and Kathu for about half an hour on Monday (September 18th). Some areas and roads were flooded such as at Sam Kong
