Thalang – A Thai man was arrested for allegedly operating a nursery without legal permission in Pa Klok. The Phuket Provincial Police told the Phuket Express that earlier this week they inspected a nursery in Pa Klok following complaints from concerned citizens. About ten foreign kids aged around two to four years old were found.
