National — On December 4th, 2024, government spokesperson Mr. Jirayu Huangsap announced that Tom Yum Kung, Thailand’s iconic spicy shrimp soup, has been added to UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
