Phuket – A man surrendered himself to the police after he shot his mother-in-law to death in Koh Kaew. The Phuket City Police was notified of the incident at 2:10 P.M. on Thursday (December 12th) at a cannabis shop in Soi Koh Kaew 23. Emergency responders and the Phuket Express quickly arrived at the scene.
